Markinch Realty signs hospitality management agreement with Advandtel Dominicana S.A. - Monday, April 14 2008
Effective March 2008, Markinch Realty Corporation (MRC) of Toronto, Canada has signed a management agreement with the hospitality division of Advandtel Dominicana S. A., to manage MRC's Hotel Casa Cayena, a boutique hotel situated in Sosua on the north Coast of the Dominican Republic. Markinch Realty Corporation, a division of Markinch Capital Corp. is a developer of hospitality realty products in the D/R.
Advandtel Dominicana S. A. is a multi-functional holding company involved in mining, hospitality and telecommunications. Advandtel's mining division's main focus is mineral exploration and development throughout the Dominican Republic and other countries where opportunities exist for expansion.
Advandtel's real estate division seeks to take advantage of the unprecedented economic growth presently being realized in the Dominican Republic through investment, management and marketing of hospitality real estate.
