Tentatively named "Suites & Spa" this new offering will provide unique lifestyle and economic opportunities for discerning owners.

The North Shore of the Dominican Republic will be the site of a "Suites & Spa" location that will offer the most things to the most people. You can wear yourself out by trying to do half the activities available or lay back, chill out and be pampered - or both.

The "Suites & Spa" project has been designed and will be furnished by the DR's leading talents that know what works. They blend local colour with North American luxury for a combination that will raise the bar.

MRC hopes to offer fractional ownership participation opportunities in "Suites & Spa" at pre-build prices that are a fraction of the final completed price. These fractional ownership participation opportunities will be offered through Business Vacations. As per the Customer Loyalty Program pre-launch pricing incentives will be offered first to present BVIH Club Members and MRC shareholders.
